Teardrop Pear Sapphire and Diamond 18K White Gold Drop Pendant

The teardrop pear sapphire and diamond pendant is made in 18 karat white gold. The pendants centerpiece is a marvelous 0.58 carat pear-shaped blue sapphire. In a round-to-pear drop design, the pendant is complete with thirty-two (32) round diamonds with a combined weight of 0.30 carats. The diamonds are graded G-H in color and VS2-SI1 in clarity.
