Mr Daube took the time to assess what I was looking for in a ring for my fiancée, and made the process and journey an extremely easy one. The wonderful thing about the ring that was purchased, it was custom made to my liking. Even when there was a potential international shipment issue with the ring, Mr Daube assured me that I could trust that he would deliver as initially promised. I'm not sure that I can best any of the reviews on the website but i'll try. Tom is the BEST in NoVa. We have been customers for many years....he custom designed my wife's wedding ring and band (including my band) and continues to re-set diamond earrings and any other jewelry we have that needs repair. We've been with Tom so long that he is now resetting, upgrading, and repairing my daughter's earrings and necklaces. He is our only jeweler and we trust him implicitly. I literally just drop off what ever jewelry needs repaired, cleaned, inspected or upgraded and its taken care of. We only buy fine jewelry from Tom. We know its high quality and very good value. Washington Diamond has also appraised all of our jewelry so that it can be insured with our insurance company. Basically they are our family jeweler and we think there is no one better; that's how much we love Washington Diamond. They are the only jeweler we recommend when asked! In this area, with every option available in this day and age, I think its pretty fantastic to be able to trust an establishment as much as we trust Washington Diamond. Highly Recommend...you may find less expensive (and definitely more); but you wont find a better value, personalized service, advice, or a more trustworthy establishment.
